Playgroups are one of the many programs Parent Talk offers its members. They're a great way to meet other parents in the area and introduce your child(ren) to new friends. As a Parent Talk member, you'll be matched with a playgroup that suits your needs. Playgroups come in all shapes and sizes and meet in a variety of venues—from the Parent Talk Playspace, to local playgrounds, or members' homes—and meet at different dates and times depending on the needs of the group. New in 2009, playgroups will form according to the year children will enter kindergarten, allowing children and parents to form long-lasting friendships that can continue through the school years.
