Alison and her husband, Matt, grew up in Needham. Prior to staying home with her daughter and son, Alison was a high school math teacher in the Sharon Public Schools. She is currently in her second year as Co-President of Parent Talk and prior to serving on the Parent Talk board, Alison co-chaired Parent Talk's Used Clothing, Toy & Equipment Sale. In addition to Parent Talk, Alison serves on the board of the Needham Historical Society, is a Town Meeting Member and is a trustee of the Anne Rogal Helman Ovarian Cancer Fund. In her free time Alison enjoys reading and going to the beach. |

Heather has lived in Needham with her husband Kirby and two boys (Liam and Miles) since 2006. She works part time at Corporate Executive Board as Director, Operational Improvement. In her spare time, Heather enjoys attending music and theater performances with family and friends and spending time at Lake George and Vermont. Heather is thrilled to be returning to the Parent Talk Board for a third year, this year as Co-President with the wonderful Alison Borrelli. |

Ryan, his wife Karen, and their three children have lived in Needham since 2004. Together with a partner, Ryan founded and manages two Needham based businesses: Precision Properties, a full service real estate brokerage, and Hawthorn Investments, a real estate contracting and development company. This is Ryan's second year on the Parent Talk board, serving last year as the Fundraising Chair. He brings a background of sales, business development, and business administration to the role of Treasurer. |

Sarah grew up in Needham and moved back with her husband, Dave, in 2004. She currently works full time as an accountant for Waldron H. Rand & Company, P.C. in Needham. Prior to serving as Clerk, Sarah volunteered on Parent Talk's Used Clothing, Toy & Equipment Sale Committee. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, arts & crafts, and reliving her childhood with her daughter (4.5) and son (2). |

Christine and her husband, Brian have called Needham their home since 1998. Prior to staying home with her son, Brendan, Christine was the Senior Director of Marketing at American Hospitality Concepts. She has over 10 years of marketing experience with mad skills in branding, strategic development, market research, agency relationships and menu engineering. Christine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and entertaining. She has volunteered for various Parent Talk events and looks forward to co-chairing the Marketing Committee. |

Needham has been home to Tracey, her husband Ehren, their 2 children (Emma & Matthew) and their 2 dogs (Buster & Scenta), since 2002. Tracey became aware of Parent Talk through Parent Talk's Used Clothing, Toy & Equipment Sale, and became more involved after managing advertising and promotions for Parent Talk events in 2008. Since 2003, Tracey has run her own consulting business as a Marketing Research Consultant, working with client marketing teams to innovate, obtain insights and develop marketing strategies. She loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, gardening (and playing on the Parent Talk Softball team!) and is excited to be a part of this year's Parent Talk Board as Marketing Co-Chair! |

Sari and her husband, Jim, have lived in Needham since 2006. Sari became involved in Parent Talk to connect with other families with young children and has made fast friends for herself and her daughters, Talia and Jolie. Sari was a middle school guidance counselor in Medfield for seven years before leaving to stay home with her children. Sari and her family make many trips to her hometown on Long Island. She loves walking around town and sampling all the ice cream shops along the way! |

Ann and her husband Pete moved to Needham in 2007. They have two daughters and are expecting another baby girl in September. Ann enjoys cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her family and friends, including frequent trips to Maryland where she grew up. Prior to staying home with her children, Ann worked at Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) planning conferences and then was a program manager in Executive Education for Harvard Business School. Ann has volunteered at several Parent Talk initiatives over the last few years and is excited to be joining the board in 2010. |

Lisa has called Needham home with her husband Steven and two children since 2006. Lisa is a first grade teacher at the Broadmeadow Elementary School in Needham. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, sailing, and baking. Prior to co-chairing community relations, Lisa volunteered with the membership committee. |

Emily and her husband Clayton have lived in Needham since 2005. Prior to staying home with her two sons, William and Owen, Emily worked for Barclays Capital on their Institutional trading desk. Emily co-chaired the Used Clothing, Toy and Equipment Sale for the past few years before deciding to join the 2010/2011 Board. |

This is Cindy's first term on the Parent Talk Board. For the past two years Cindy served as the webmaster for the newly relaunched Parent Talk website. She enjoyed the opportunity this gave her to take breaks from her day job - parenting four children of diverse personalities, interests, and self-help skills. Cindy's favorite down-time activity is learning to play the piano with her 8-year-old twin sons. She also builds bears with her daughter and coaches her youngest son's soccer team, in the driveway. |

After a multi-year layover in the Adirondacks, Lollie, a native Californian, and her husband, a native Cape Codder, and their sons arrived in Needham in 2008 and quickly fell for their new community. A writer and photographer with a diverse background (from reporter and photographer for an upstate New York weekly newspaper to marketing, web content, and publicity in the entertainment and tourism industries), Lollie welcomed the opportunity to become involved with Parent Talk. As her boys enter kindergarten and preschool, she looks forward to co-chairing the Communication Committee. |

Kate, her husband and two children have lived in Needham since 2007. She works part-time in reinsurance and enjoys spending time on the beach, running, and cooking. Kate decided to become involved with Parent Talk as a way of meeting new people and giving back to the community. Her initial Parent Talk involvement came with Parent Talk's Used Clothing, Toy & Equipment Sale; more recently Kate joined the board. Not only has the organization provided many friendships but also provided a wealth of information about MetroWest's numerous offerings for families with young children. |

Since 2007, Needham has been home to Mary, her husband, Jeff, their two kids and their dog. Mary became involved in Parent Talk shortly after having her second child as a way to meet other parents and give back to the community. In addition to chairing the Fundraising Committee, Mary is a Director at Schools Serve – The National School Food Drive, a non-profit organization aiming to bring together schools and school families around the cause of ending childhood hunger. When she has free time she enjoys date nights, running, entertaining friends and traveling to visit family. |
